Description
The church is consecrated in honor of The Exaltation Of The Holy Cross, but its common name is Over-the-Pool Church. The year of construction is unknown, but the church already existed as of 1570. The bell tower was built in 1627. It is an example of the Byzantine-Romanesque Old Russ style and one of the symbols of the city of Ternopil, Ukraine.
